CAMS technology is based on the physics principle that the earth—and the average alpha brain wave in the human body—resonate at a frequency of 7.83 vibrations per second (or 7.83 hertz). This knowledge dates back to the 1950s and is widely referred to as the Schumann Resonance Theory, named after German physics professor Winfried Otto Schumann.
